1.6.1 The email address you provide at the time of purchase will automatically be registered to the Admin Console and become the Super Admin Account. A system-generated random password will be sent to you via email. With this account, you will have the following privileges:

  • Download the latest versions of the product
  • View and manage past orders
  • Manage your team, licenses, and device removal

Our processing is based on your explicit consent. You are responsible for securing your account credentials and maintaining the accuracy of your account information. You may contact us at any time to delete your account, but please be advised that your account data will be erased, and you will lose access to stored files.

1.6.2 Admin Console Charges

  • For on-premise deployments, a one-time technical support fee of 15% of the total contract value is required.
  • Off-premise (private cloud) users are not required to pay maintenance fees.
